Nosferatwo proclaimed:
Paul has eschewed white supremacy many times, but that's besides the point. I agree. I personally don't believe Paul's a racist; however, I fully believe that he undermined his long-term viability by playing to, and placating, his rabid base, which included racists.
His defense of the racist newsletters he published for decades was that he didn't write them, but was simply making money by publishing other people's racism that happened to be written in a form that made it sound like it was his voice.

That's not much of a defense.
No, that's just your confirmation bias. The person who wrote the newsletter didn't parrot Ron Paul's voice. That tells me you're listening to an echo chamber that's spinning facts, while failing to look at the facts for yourself.

This reiterates what I wrote, but in a more palatable way, while expanding on points I brought up about his rabid base.

The Rich Elect; The Poor Vote.

The seeds of ignorance bear preventable tragedies.

Monday has never been my favorite day of the week, but getting murdered before I could finish my first cup of coffee was a new low, even for Monday.
