I enjoyed the movie. Not my favorite Marvel flick by a long shot, but certainly worthwhile. In other words, not nearly as good as The Avengers, but much better than Avengers: Age of Ultron.
I loved it. Age of Ultron was pretty terrible; this was a really good comeback,

My point is only that the Marvel Universe is not deep enough for me have much emotional investment. I am totally cool with that. I have been impressed with the franchise's level of quality overall, despite there being several crapfests. I just do not see myself ever weeping over a death like people apparently did with Spider-Man in this one.
Like Troll, I would be worried about the psychological stability of those who did if they were not children. It's a comic book movie...how much emotional wallop is is supposed to pack? These are cartoon characters, after all. It's not like Jenny dying in Forrest Gump, FFS.
